$2 Well Spent
Sitka with her socks on... Dating back to 1944, the term "socked in" refers to particularly foggy conditions in which the windsock used to indicate wind direction, can't be seen from air traffic control.
In August of 2016 I took a trip to Alaska to visit my brother in his new home. It was in a tiny thrift store in Sitka Alaska that I found this classic point and shoot camera. The price tag: $2!
I purchased the camera and shot a few rolls through it during my trip. Low and behold it was still in great working condition.
Sitka is located on Baranof Island accessible by plane or in this case ferry.
Sitka, an Alaskan city and quintessential small town community.
